Updates on committees:
Ambassadors: Business After Hours, Fri., April 18 at VFW, Tiffany Pfaff Chairperson
Community Pride & Beautification: Justin reported that Kiwanis is cleaning out the island corners tomorrow. Sharon contacted Annie Erichsen with FFA and they will plan to complete what the Kiwanis doesn’t get done.
Special Events: Easter Egg Hunt was a big success. It was suggested that if the courthouse speaker system is not fixed some type of PA system is needed. Sharon is sure Kettelhut would let us use his system if needed.
Wild West Weekend: Trevor has developed a poster for the event. Next meeting Tuesday, April 15 at 6:30 at the Airport. The board took no action on Danni’s presentation since the bills will not be due until after the fact.
Home & Garden Show: Huge success. It was suggested that Kettelhut’s speaker system be used as it is easier to hear and it could be at the registration table and another one at the stage of the Merchants building.
Personnel Committee: The committee met and drew up a rough draft, Sharon has been working on an itemized job description and will send that to the committee member so they can make a job description for staff members.
